All the questions that are asked on the form are the same type of
questions your physician would ask you were you to make an office
visit. You may be contacted by the physician who reviews your medical history or by the pharmacist filling your prescription if they need further details prior to approving your request for the prescription. |

| Q. | What If I Already Have A Prescription From My Doctor? | ||
| A. | If you already have a prescription from your doctor
and are just looking for a better price than your pharmacy will give
you, simply fax your existing prescription to us at 386.615.7240.
We will take care of calling your physician to verify the prescription
before filling it. If for any reason we cannot write or fill your request for a prescription no charges will be made to you. |

make the desired medication inappropriate for you. Please click here to see the prescription items we offer. We can only fill prescriptions that are allowed by law to be dispensed through online consultations; therefore we might not carry all the medications you may want. |

| A. | After your order is reviewed by the physician and approved,
it is immediately forwarded to the pharmacy for delivery to you. Once
the pharmacy has received your prescription, it will be filled and
shipped within one business day. We will notify you only if there
is a problem with your order. If you do not hear from us, you may
safely assume that your order processed. All orders are shipped for
Next Day delivery. We MUST have an adult signature at time of delivery.
Currently, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We do not process prescription orders on Sunday. If you place an order after 11:00 am Eastern Standard Time on Saturday, the order will most likely be reviewed by the physician and be sent to the pharmacy on Monday. |

| Q. | Can I Get A Refund If I’m Not Satisfied With The Medications? | ||
| A. | Unfortunately with all prescription drugs, there are
no refunds or exchanges of medications due to Federal Law. The FDA
states that prescription medication may not be returned once it is
sent from the pharmacy. This is a standard whether you are obtaining
